Q: Your two cousins who've come together to do music... they say you should never involve family in the business... how is it that you two have seem to create such a prosperous music business relationship? And what would be some advice for others looking to involve family in their careers?
- Streetz - Well Me & Young, We are very open to each others ideas. We listen to each other and always think of each other when its time to make decisions. We've known each other long enough to know what i would fly for and what he would be ok with. My advice to some one thinking of mixing family with business is have an understanding. Make sure everybody is on the same page and has the same goal. We All wanna win & i couldnt see my self in this with anyone besides Deuces. Who better Than Family to have your back. I Think Thats our outlook!
- Young Deuces - I all in all, I say just keep it real, dont hide anything, things only get altered once people start keeping secrets or leaving out details. Communication is always key in a relationship & man up. If I mess up or drop the ball, ima take the blame and its Vice versa...so we dont argue. Everything is split evenly, profit, responsibility, etc) and we have good communication!
